What happens if I want to change my order once I have placed it?
You are more than welcome to change your order, unless your order has already left our warehouse. Please contact us urgently to inform us before we pack and ship! If it has already been shipped to you, it is still possible to return it. However, you will be liablefor the courier cost incurred, if any. The return of unwanted items is at ourdiscretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. We will issue a store credit for such items and the shipping costs will be deducted from such credit.
What happens if I am not entirely satisfied with my product?
The Great Business Solutions checks and verifies each and every product before shipping. If an error has occurred e.g. if the product is broken or faulty, the product must be returned within 7 days. If you return a product, please include full details and anexplanation as to why you were not satisfied with theproduct. All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 5 working days once we have received the damaged product and verified the issue.However, the return of unwanted items is at ourdiscretion and we'll only consider returns on goodsthat are unopened and in original condition with alltags and/or packaging.Please note that we don't cover shipping costs unlesswe have sent an incorrect product.
What happens if I want to return goods for an exchange or refund?
As per the South African Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same
condition and it has not been used and is still in its sealed packaging. The Great Business Solutions honours a 7-day full refund policy (excluding courier delivery charges).
Please send the product back at your own cost, as you received it, unopened and unused. When the product arrives we will
inspect it and see if it is liable for an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent an incorrect product. A full refund will be issued in the circumstance that you do not want to exchange the product and a refund may take 5 working days to clear in your account.
If a product has been opened and returned for
refund/replacement and the product passes all quality checks, a surcharge of 20% will be levied plus all courier fees will be deducted from the purchase price. If you wish to exchange the item for something else, you will be liable for return / exchange shipping costs.
